The Beginning Of The New Season
As baseball season 2013 enters the second tier of the home openers, this is the exciting part of baseball season for me. Fans everywhere get excited with the beginning of the baseball season, and that means the baseball card collecting world get stimulated again. After all with major moves this year in MLB and many stars changing their uniforms and looking to go somewhere else and have an impact the stock of their baseball cards can either explode, or implode. Depends on the production and impact on their new team. Here are some of the newly acquired baseball stars…
- Josh Hamilton – Texas Rangers to Anaheim Angels
- Justin Upton – Arizona Diamondbacks to Atlanta Braves
- B.J. Upton – Tampa Bay Rays to Atlanta Braves
- All of the Marlins to the Blue Jays (LOL)
With these high impact potential moves, there is always the opportunity to grow the prices of their respective rookie cards. Where many of these cards hit a high ceiling during the rookie campaigns, there is always the possibility to stir some of the interest that these players respectably had before their shinning star dulled somewhat.
What keeps most of us coming back for more, and continually reading magazines like Beckett and Tuff Stuff for new and important hobby information are the articles on the great pulls that people across the world get.
